Open LabelBatch

Use LabelBatch for one real task

Turn rows into measured label sheets. Choose your own dimensions, skip used positions and check the text before you print.

  1. Export your spreadsheet as CSV with a header row. Use qty for whole-number repeats, or omit it for one label per row.
  2. Measure label width, height, margins and gaps in millimetres. Choose A4 or Letter, then check the starting slot on a partly used sheet.
  3. Build the layout and inspect the first-page preview. PDF contains every sheet in the full edition. Text overflow blocks PDF creation.
  4. Download calibration first. Print at Actual size / 100%, measure the 100 mm line, then test on plain paper. Printer alignment is not guaranteed.

Scope, compatibility and privacy

No barcode, image, shipping-service or regulatory label generation. No vendor stock compatibility certification. PDF uses a standard Latin-script font; unsupported characters produce an error. Unicode printable HTML remains available. Physical alignment and direct local-file opening are not independently verified.

Data stays in this tab; it is not sent to a server. Saved JSON/CSV/PDF files contain your input. The tool does not auto-save. Export a job in the full edition before refreshing. Job files are versioned and validated on opening; incompatible tools/files are rejected.

CSV: UTF-8 with one header row; commas/newlines in a value must be quoted. Column names are case-sensitive and must match the example. Whole-number quantity fields; other numbers permit at most three decimal places. Formula-like text is prefixed with an apostrophe in exported CSV to reduce spreadsheet formula execution.

PDF text supports the standard font encoding (many Latin-script characters, not all Unicode). Unsupported characters are blocked; use printable HTML for browser fonts. Generated PDFs have not been physically printed. Self-contained architecture does not establish tested double-click behaviour on every device. Current desktop Chrome/Edge recommended; internet-hosted browser checks and native offline checks are separate.

Free and full

Full edition: up to 2,000 labels / 50 pages per job, downloadable offline HTML, reusable local job files, source and batch examples. Free web edition: one complete sheet with all geometry controls and calibration.

No DRM or promise of an exclusive algorithm. The full pack supplies larger limits, editable source, worked examples and a ready offline copy. Strong free alternatives exist; choose based on your actual repeated task.
